AI systems.Operate without the busywork.

Jegnia turns repetitive workflows and disconnected tools into reliable business systems without your team becoming AI experts.

Human in the loopConsequential, ambiguous, and irreversible decisions keep an explicit approval step.
Built to be operatedMonitoring, documentation, and clear ownership ship with the system, not after it.
Fits your stackWe connect to the CRMs, databases, and internal tools you already run.

Your business does not need more disconnected tools.

Repetitive work, duplicated data entry, scattered information, slow approvals, and fragile automations quietly drain your team.

Jegnia connects those pieces into reliable systems built around the way your operation already works.

From bottleneck to operating system.

Each engagement moves through four deliberate stages. Every stage creates a concrete output, so you always know what is being decided, built, and measured.

Bring us a workflow
01
AuditStage 01

Map the operation

We trace the real workflow: people, tools, handoffs, delays, and exceptions. Then we decide what technology belongs in it.

OutputWorkflow map + opportunity brief
02
ArchitectureStage 02

Define the system

We specify the data, integrations, permissions, safeguards, success measures, and decisions that must remain human.

03
BuildStage 03

Prove the workflow

We build in working increments, test against realistic scenarios, and validate the complete process with the people who will use it.

Keep it reliable

We launch with monitoring and ownership in place, then maintain and improve the system as your business changes.

Engineering for real business operations.

Jegnia combines practical AI capabilities with production software engineering. The result is technology that is reliable, measurable, maintainable, and built for the people who use it.

How we think

What teams ask before starting.

Straight answers on scope, cost, control, and what happens once a system is live. Anything not covered here, ask us directly.

Ask us something else

What does Jegnia actually build?

Jegnia builds custom AI systems and production software for business operations: workflow automation, internal AI tools for company knowledge, sales and customer systems, and the integrations that connect them. Every engagement produces working software your team owns, not a strategy deck.

Do we need AI expertise on our team?

No. We design the system around the workflow your team already knows and handle the AI, data, and engineering decisions. What your team needs to bring is knowledge of how the work actually happens today, including the exceptions.

Will this replace the software we already use?

Usually not. Most engagements add a missing layer between tools that already work, such as your CRM, help desk, document storage, and databases, rather than replacing them. Replacing a working system is a decision we would only recommend when integration genuinely costs more than a rebuild.

How much does an AI systems project cost?

Engagements start at $1,000, and the range for a given project is set during the Architecture stage once the workflow, integrations, and safeguards are specified. We scope the work before quoting it so the number reflects the actual system rather than a guess.

How do you keep humans in control of an AI system?

Every system defines up front which decisions stay human. Consequential, ambiguous, and irreversible actions route to an approval queue, outputs carry sources where accuracy matters, and operators get override and escalation controls plus an audit trail of what the system did.

Who does Jegnia work with, and where are you based?

Jegnia is based in Toronto, Ontario and works with teams across Canada and the United States. We take on operational problems where a repeatable workflow is slow, manual, or scattered across disconnected tools.

What happens after the system launches?

The Operate stage covers it: the system launches with monitoring and named ownership in place, and we maintain and improve it as the business changes. A system nobody maintains stops being reliable within months, so this is part of the engagement rather than an upsell.
